Deskspace Data Integration / ERP for Professionals
The Deskpace Data Integration platform is designed for use by professional people - the whole gamut of knowledge workers - from media post production to legal - from management accountants and consultants to educationalists - from sales and customer services to software support.
The great advantage of a DDI/ERP system is that all your business information is consolidated into a single multi-faceted database controlled information system so that any information is only ever held once in one place but can be easily found from wherever it is required.
Different implementations of the Deskspace DDI/ERP platform have been developed for different specialist professional vertical markets.
Deskspace DDI/ERP can be delivered in several ways and many forms - each form configured for a specific professional business sector.
Individual deployments may then be subject to further extensive configuration - if required by the client - to create distinctive solutions uniquely suited to that business that really do make a difference.
A Deskspace ERP system can now be delivered as either
- a small/medium enterprise system running on one or more dedicated servers or as
- a remote application sharing server capacity with other Deskspace clients.
Please Note: The term ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning - was coined in the 1990s to refer to the then very advanced concept of actually integrating all of a business's data into a single system - something that Deskspace has been pioneering since that time.
We prefer to talk about Deskspace Data Integration - DDI - or Deskspace Integration - since it is the act of data integration, combined with giving your users a consistent easy-to-use interface, where you really start to obtain real value - to really see the difference that a Deskspace Data Integration can bring to your enterprise.
