Deskspace features user extensibility.

Natural Intelligence:

• Deskspace Natural Intelligence is extensible permitting an Administrator to edit the NI functions and thus change the behaviour of the system to suit your requirements if the default behaviour isn't exactly what you want.

Business Logic Module.

• Administrators have full developer access to the Business Logic Module within which they or their in-house or third party developers can build whatever new functions and features they wish.
• The Business Logic Module remains wholly within the Deskspace security perimeter thus user access rights granted within Deskspace System Administration.
